Greg was so helpful after we had another person we had been referred to that would not return our phone calls. I live in California and have been searching for a home in Colorado Springs. I have emailed MANY agents and none of them responded to any of my calls for help. I knew what I wanted but living in another state made it very difficult to actually search. I met Michelle completely by luck I was bidding on a house, needed some questioned answered and by luck I ended up connecting with her. Though she had nothing to gain she helped me out and even offered to go to the property view it for me and video tape it. The bid was going to be over within a few hours so I declined. After emailing back and forth explaining my dilemma at 10pm my time, Michelle took the time to get to know me, actually listened to what I was looking for and by the next morning I had received 5 potential listing! That's more than the dozen of realtors I had contacted in the past few months had done all together! Some I am still waiting to hear back from! After that night everything is kinda of a blur, we really liked one of the five houses she sent us. By that afternoon Michelle had gone to the house video taped it and that evening took my nephew to view it. Sight unseen we made an offer and the next thing I knew I was booking a flight to be present during the inspection and actually see the house! Michelle greeted me with open arms. As we continued during the process of escrow Michelle was with me every step of the way. Each bump in the road she was right there to guide me through, explaining every thing I didn't understand, reassuring me when I felt frustrated. Michelle did everything in her power to get me the best deal she could. She fought for me when we couldn't agree on certain terms and she didn't give up. She even continued to check on the house and let me know immediately as things progressed on the request for repairs. At one point I received a picture during a snow fall, Michelle was at the house IN THE SNOW taking photos of everything that had been fixed. She even climbed on a fence to get one of the shots! My next trip to Colorado was for the signing. My husband is finally going to get to see the house! What Michelle found for us was a dream come true, never had I imagined finding a house so perfect, never had I imagined I could take one step into a strange house and already feel at home. Now, I must admit I have been known to be a bit difficult at times so I can be honest when I say I didn't make this task very easy for my agent and thought at times she'd end up running away but Michelle was very patient with me. Michelle was absolutely amazing for us. We were first-time home-buyers, so naturally we had 1,028,725 questions about the home buying process. Michelle was always right there when we had a question; she didn't have to hunt for answers, and if she couldn't answer the phone, it only took her about 2 minutes to call us back. We never felt pressured by dates, or cost, or deadline requirements, but she still found a way to get us exactly what we were looking for, and 100% in our desired timeframe. The most impressed I was with Michelle, was when I realized she never pressured us once to up our budget. When we realized we just couldn't get the house we wanted with our current budget and desired area, we told her that we wanted to increase. Not once did she tell us that we had to increase to get what we wanted; she let us decide completely on our own. Which in my opinion, is how it should absolutely be.
